Become a Licensed Seller

Should you find yourself in a position whereby friends, and friends of friends, are asking if you could make them a dolly, using the Polly Dolly Doo Dah trademarked patterns, then there is a very simple process to follow to become one of my ever-growing Licensed Sellers.

Simply contact me for an application form to complete and we can get the ball rolling for you. Simple.

The one-off lifetime payment for this policy is £75 + VAT, and this will give you full selling rights to not only sell to your friends but the wider public as well. Once you become a Licensed Seller there is no limit to the amount of dolly’s and outfits that you make and this could jump-start you into running a much anticipated small crafting venture.

Please do email me and I’ll send the form over …

So why do you need a license to make and sell your Dolly Doo Dah’s …

Polly Dolly Doo Dah is a registered company which has full copyright and trademarked restrictions on all of their patterns.

The name in itself is trademarked along with all the patterns, with the company being the creator of works and holding the intellectual property rights on all. We have Class 28 and Class 16 rights (appendage 9: publications, and 41.04: publishing) assigned to the trademark and therefore a license needs to be granted should anyone wish to use our unique properties within the published patterns in order to sell for a profit or non-profit, in any shape or form.

Becoming a Licensed Seller you’ll also have the added advantage of being able to purchase our UKCA CE conformance pack should you wish to. This has all the relevant safety certificates and a technical file to demonstrate compliance under the Toy Safety Directive, with Sherrill Church as the Authorised Representative of the works.

Now could be the time for you to join all my other like-minded Licensed Sellers, and with the sky being the limit … you never know where this new and exciting adventure could lead to.

Anyone found to be selling dolls or outfits using full or partial Polly Dolly Doo Dah patterns, without a License to Sell, will be issued with a copyright and trademark violation notice served by the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC), administered by the HM Courts and Tribunals Service, London EC4A 1NL.
