PDF Downloads – Important Information

By purchasing our PDF pattern you agree to:

• Download the pattern to a personal computer or laptop (and not a phone) so it is easy to retrieve from the downloads folder
• Download the pattern within 14 days, before the expiry lapses
• Understand that PDF patterns are not stored in the account section on the website due to piracy protection
• Not share this pattern with a third-party due to trademark violation
• Print the pattern as a master copy as soon as possible, and use this for reprints
• Save and store the pattern on your computer or laptop for easy retrieval should you need to reprint the master copy again

It’s advisable that you know where your pattern will download to on your personal computer or laptop as we are unable to sanction any further downloads past the 5 download limit.

You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader installed on your computer.

We are no longer able to resend lost/misplaced/non-downloaded/can’t-find-my pattern, as it’s the purchasers responsibility to ensure the safe storage of the download onto a personal computer or laptop as it arrives by email, before the 14 days is up.
