This is a full colour step-by-step sewing pattern for you to make a Party Frock for your 18″ Polly Dolly and 14″ Little Dot. You will need one fat quarter for the skirt and another fat quarter for the bodice and sleeves, plus 3 clear snap-fasteners for the back.
