Your baby girl dolly sewing kit comes complete with all the fabrics to make the doll, the hair, sew facial features, the dress, nappy pants and nappy. You will also find that her socks are included in the kit as well.
When purchasing your dolly sewing kit you’ll be able to make selections on the skin tone and hair colour, with so many colour combinations to hand you can be sure that your dolly will almost certainly be specially unique to you! oh so cute.
Contained in the kit is a full colour hard copy pattern book that has thorough step-by-step instructions along with many photographs for reference to demonstrate the sewing sequences. We’ve added every little intricate detail on how to make your baby dolly, sculpt her face, stitch her eyes and mouth, attach her hair through to finishing her look with a lovely little cotton dress, nappy pants and nappy. This kit is suitable for anyone with a basic knowledge of sewing both by hand and using a sewing machine. Your finished dolly will be approximately 38cm’s.
Maybe you’ve tried to make a Waldorf doll before and have had difficulty in producing a perfectly shaped face. Our instruction manual provides you with detailed descriptions and photographic evidence on how and where to place the tying strings to sculpt the facial features into the most endearing little character. You will need to have the following items to hand….. a sewing machine, needles and pins, basic sewing threads, small sharp scissors, a tape measure, an iron, a turning tool (either a chopstick, thin dowel or hemostats) and a crochet hook for making the hair cap.
