UK parcels are posted with Evri and you’ll be emailed the tracking information through them, plus you’ll receive an email from us letting you know that your parcel has been posted. Parcels usually arrive within 2-3 days of posting. Evri will contact you on the day of delivery to let you know that your parcel is in transit. Unfortunately, if your parcel is delivered and left on your doorstep (or elsewhere) and subsequently stolen then we will NOT be liable to issue you with a refund or replacement. If you would like us to insure your parcel please contact us once your order is placed and you can make the additional payment to cover the insurance cost.

International parcels are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and Sherrill will email you the tracking number on dispatch. Overseas parcels usually arrive with in 7-10 days of posting.

If you are an overseas customer and would like to order multiple kits (more than 2) then we can do so but we will need to omit the wadding and stuffing to keep the parcel to its minimum size. A refund on those items will be made on dispatch. Please email Sherrill for details.

Should you need to return your item to us within 14 days of delivery, then please email Sherrill for instructions on how to do so. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, then we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your item via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs to return your item back to us (unless defective or faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
