UK Parcels are posted with Evri and you’ll be emailed the tracking information through them, plus you’ll receive an email from us letting you know that your parcel has been posted. Parcels usually arrive within 2-3 days of posting. Evri will contact you on the day of delivery to let you know that your parcel is in transit. Unfortunately, if your parcel is delivered and left on your doorstep (or elsewhere) and subsequently stolen then we will NOT be liable to issue you with a refund or replacement. If you would like us to insure your parcel please contact us once your order is placed and you can make the additional payment to cover the insurance cost.

International parcels are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and Sherrill will email you the tracking number on dispatch. Overseas parcels usually arrive with in 7-10 days of posting. Please note that all custom import tax, admin and handling fees, as set by your country, are the customers responsibility to fulfil.

USA Restrictions. From 29/08/2025 we will be unable to ship any products to the USA due to the new tariffs now in place. The duties, taxes and admin that has now been slapped on UK imports means that the customer will end up paying an extra 10% – 80% tariff when it arrives in America. If the US customer decides not to pay the tariff, at whatever percentage it may be, and returns the parcel back to sender (back to us) then this will impose another fee which WE WILL BE LIABLE to pay, set at approximately £200 per returned parcel.
It’s a no-win situation for both our US customers and for us. Firstly the customer won’t know until it clears customs what percentage fee they will need to pay (it could well be 80%) and as the risk of having returned parcels is just too high, at such a hefty price for us to pay, we are no longer able to sell to the USA at this moment in time. 

Multiple Kits. If you are an overseas International customer and would like to order multiple kits (more than 2) then we can do so but we will need to omit the wadding and stuffing to keep the parcel to its minimum size. A refund on those items will be made on dispatch. Please email Sherrill for details.

Returns. Should you need to return your item to us within 14 days of delivery, then please email Sherrill for instructions on how to do so. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, then we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should mail your item via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs to return your item back to us (unless defective or faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additional non-returnable or refundable items are gift cards and download PDF patterns.
