PDF Downloads – Important Information

On purchasing one of our PDF patterns please ensure that you IMMEDIATELY save the download to your device (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop) for easy retrieval. The pattern can be downloaded to a maximum of 5 times. 

It’s advisable that you know where your pattern will download to on your device as we are unable to sanction any further downloads past the 5 download limit. So PLEASE make sure you know where your pattern is downloading to before you start clicking the blue download link.

If you’re downloading to your phone or tablet it will go into your Files Folder and if you’re downloading on a PC it will go into the Downloads Folder.

You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader installed on your device.

Purchased patterns are not stored in your account section on the website, due to piracy protection.

Once purchased the download will expire in 14 DAYS and the expiry date will be clearly shown on your receipt.

We also advise that you to print out your pattern a couple of times for a hard-copy safe-keeping should you be unable to access your pattern from your device, for whatever reason.

We are no longer able to resend lost/misplaced/non-downloaded/can’t-find/any-excuse patterns, as it’s the purchasers responsibility to ensure the safe storage of the download as it arrives by email, before the 14 days is up.
