Your Little Dolly Dot sewing kit comes complete with all the fabrics to make the doll, the hair, sew facial features, sleeveless summer dress, petticoat and panties.
When purchasing your dolly sewing kit you’ll be able to make selections on the skin tone, the hair weft colour or looped mohair colour and dress colour. With so many colour combinations to hand you can be sure that your dolly will almost certainly be specially unique to you! How lovely.
Contained in the kit is a full colour pattern book that has thorough step-by-step instructions along with many photographs for reference to demonstrate the sewing sequences. We’ve added every little intricate detail on how to make your dolly, sculpt her face, stitch her eyes and mouth, attach her mohair hair weft through to finishing her look with a lovely little cotton dress, petticoat and panties. Your finished dolly will be approximately 38-39cm’s. This kit is suitable for anyone with a basic knowledge of sewing both by hand and using a sewing machine.
Our instruction manual provides you with detailed descriptions and photographic evidence on how and where to place the tying strings to sculpt the facial features into the most endearing little character. Measurements are also included for string placement to help you even further. And if for any reason you get stuck along the way, Sherrill is on hand to help by email should the need arise.

You will need to have the following items to hand….. a sewing machine, needles and pins, basic sewing threads, small sharp scissors, a tape measure, an iron, a turning tool (either a chopstick, thin dowel or hemostats).
