Tilly Tippy Toes
This little dolly really has been a long time in the making.
I first designed her and set about making her (along with 23 others) back in 2018. I suppose you could say I was just tinkering again with crafting as I’d lost my sewing mojo for many, many years.
I had no intention of selling her has a completed dolly let alone producing a pattern for others to use …. she was just filling a hobby gap at that time.
Moving on, and on the back of the success of Polly Dolly, she was always in the back of my mind. I pondered and wondered whether I should bring her out of the cupboard and tweak the pattern so that I could add her to my ever-growing collection of dolly sewing patterns and kits.
She underwent a name change from Dear Little Dolly to Tilly Tippy Toes, which I felt was very apt due to her cute shapely legs and the way her feet cross naturally.
And so yes, just like that … here she is, and I’m absolutely overjoyed that she’s finally here 🙂
Your Tilly Tippy Toes can be crafted uniquely to your requirements. When choosing your complete sewing kit, or remake kit, you’ll be given the options to choose what colour skin tone you’d like, along with the mohair or weft colour and her dress colour.
Choosing all these specific combinations will provide you with a kit that has been customised especially for you.
